FAQ
Is there a deposit/session fee?
Yes, depending on the package you choose, the deposit locks in your date and time slot for the session. The package that you chose is separate.
What if I'm running late?
I understand life happens! In case of late arrival, please notify me as soon as possible. I allow a grace period of up to 15 minutes. After that, a $25 late fee will applied. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your session will be cancelled and your $35 deposit will be refunded.
What's your Cancellation Policy?
If you need to cancel, please notify me within 2 days before your scheduled session. Your upfront $35 deposit will be refunded within 24 hours, within turnaround time of your financial institution. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
What's your Rescheduling Policy?
If you need to reschedule, please notify me within a week in advance. Your deposit will transfer one time to a new date and time at no extra cost.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I offer flexible payment plan options to make your experience stress-free. You have the option to split your package price into 2-3 payments, along with the upfront $35 deposit due to booking. Full payment is required before receiving the final images.
What happens if there's bad weather?
In case of bad weather, I'll reach out 24-48 hours prior to discuss options or reschedule. Your deposit will transfer one time to a new date and time at no extra cost.
